If we need to contact you we will either ring you or email you on the contact information provided when purchasing a product from us.
3.Our contract with our customers:
- How we accept customers online orders:
once you have purchased a product we will email you which will begin our contract with you.
- If we are unable to process a customers order:
if the item which you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately to discuss your options
(credit, refund, order another item).
- currently shipping our items to mainland UK is free. With the exception of Micheal Talbot bronze’s sculpture. We can now ship internationally. This requires a quote for shipping which depends on the size , weight of item and costs will be added to your purchase. This will not cover any custom charges that may be due . Contact us if delivery is outside of the UK.

- Products may vary from online images:
Due to the limits of digital reproduction items may physically vary slightly from the online image.
5.If you change your mind:
- How long to return products:
This is applicable to ONLINE website purchases only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your product you have a 14 day period from the date of the order confirmation email to return the item to us in a resalable condition in the original packaging. Shipping costs and insurance for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed in advance by us.
6.How we provide the customer with the products:
- Delivery costs:
the delivery cost of the product will always be displayed to the customer before the purchase. free shipping UK mainland only. Except large bronze sculptures that may require crates or special packaging.
- Our methods of providing customers with products:
this is covered in our delivery information but in brief:
- The product will be delivered between 3-5 working days from the order confirmation.
- Collection by customer at Jarva Fine Art Gallery - Buxton - Tuesday,Thursday ,Friday & Saturday 10-5. Sunday & Wednesday 10-2
- If you know you are not going to be in on the day of delivery email us before hand so we can come to some arrangement for a delivery date to suit you.
7.We are unable to accept the return of a product if:
If the work has been commissioned, bespoke or the date has expired for the legal return period or damaged.
8.Claims for damage / non-delivery:
If your delivery arrives and is damaged please inform us immediately and if possible sign for the delivery as "damaged" on the courier documents. We will contact you within 1-3 days to arrange a repair / replacement / refund. Any claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of the expected date of receipt and will be investigated within a further 7 days. We consider proof of delivery from our courier to be irrefutable proof of successful delivery of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
